Here is her review of the Skinny Mom® 3 day detox.

It took a while to make the smoothies on the first day (This was Tuesday – my half day, so in the afternoon I prepared all the ingredients so that the next day I could just throw them into the blender. This was much quicker)
I bought most of the ingredients but as Germany is seasonal with their fruits and vegetables some of it was expensive so I didn’t use as much as was written in the plan, or used a substitue – for example strawberries instead of raspberries, half a mango instead of a whole one, I couldn’t find Kale leaves so left them out. Coconut oil was too expensive for me too.
Day 1 of liquid diet went well. Had no problems drinking smoothies, was tired by end of day but not sure if it was due to the long day at work or lack of food. I did not drink the camomile tea at the end of the day. But had no problems sleeping.
Day 2 I brought smoothies to school. That was ok. Ate more snacks tho (carrots, apple, almonds) as was hungry. Again tired by end of day.
Day 3 started with fruit smoothie but had decided to end the detox as I really wanted to eat some food, plus I ran out of some ingredients. Had salad for lunch and museli when I came home.
I found that I was tired (but am not sure if this was due to lack of food or due to a tiring work schedule) and was constantly hungry – going to bed hungry, waking up hungry, hungry throughout the day. I needed the snacks – using the ingredients in the plan.
Now – I cannot eat very much – especially sugary things – and when I do eat I feel sick, so have no appetite for a couple of hours.
Next week I am going to continue to have fruit smoothies for breakfast – but a variety of fruit smoothies. I have also planned small meals and plenty of healthy snacks. Fingers crossed I don’t put the weight back on.
